Project M.E.G.A.M.I. was initiated in 2XXX Its mission is to develop "Mentally-Enhanced, Genetically-Augmented Military Infantry”.
Unlike some current state of the art ordnance, this weapon's mechanism of injury doesn’t require any physical contact to operate. Instead, it can suppress enemy forces with some sort of supernatural telekinesis combined with the ability to foresee the future.
This ordnance resembles a 14-year-old girl. Don’t be fooled by its appearance though. It has dark red eyes used to predict the future and activate its powerful telekinesis. Never treat it like a little girl, but always as a weapon. Be aware, this "thing" is extremely dangerous.
This weapon can distort, crush, and twist the shape of anything without touching it. Frighteningly, in an experiment we found that it can accurately see 10 minutes into the future.
On XX/XX 2XXX, we authorized a live field test. Once deployed, it conquered enemy positions immediately and succeeded in neutralizing them. This shows the weapon is truly worthy of being called the "Goddess of Death."
However, complications began shortly after this live exercise. Two soldiers who were sent to retrieve the weapon displeased it and, just like the enemy, they became casualties. Their limbs were viciously "twisted off."
As a researcher, I hereby report that this weapon should be disposed of promptly after successful completion of its current missions and the end of the war.

本計画は2XXX年、『敵戦力を無効化する兵器』の開発を目的 として開始された。
本計画が従来の兵器と一線を画すのは この兵器が、一才の物理攻撃を必要とせず ある種の超常的な念力、そして未来予知能力にて 敵戦力を制圧可能な所である。
兵器の外観は、14歳ほどの少女の姿をしている。 しかし見た目に惑わされてはならない。 身体中に赤黒い目玉が備わっており、この目玉を使って 未来予知、そして強力な念力を発動する。 コレは少女ではなく、あくまで兵器として扱うこと。 極めて危険な存在だということを忘れてはならない。
この兵器は、自ら触れることなく、あらゆるものの形を歪め 潰し、ねじ切ることができる。 恐ろしいことに、10分後の未来までもを 正確に『観る』ことができることを 実験によって観測している。
2XXX年 XX月XX日の実践において この兵器を投入したところ、あっというまに 敵集団を制圧。無力化に成功した。 まさに『死の女神』と呼ぶにふさわしいだろう。
だが、その後回収に向かった兵士二人が 兵器の機嫌を損ね、敵と同じく 体の一部を『ねじ切られ』命を落としている。
